Mother's Day at Grandma's

Richard works on Mother's Day, so we celebrated early! Richard and Brooklyn bought mommy, a beautiful pair of earrings, and necklace with charm from James Avery.
On Saturday, we went to my grandparent's house in Willis. We ate a delicious bowl of Pasta Fagioli and salad.
For Mother's Day, we gave my mom and grandma "Forever Sunshine" from Bath and Body works.
For my sister, new mommy to be, we gave her a "Mother's Love" charm from James Avery.
These are the handmade cards that I made for the wonderful women in my life! I wanted to celebrate how much they meant to me, by handmaking their card. It was a lot of work, but well worth it!
Then Brooklyn started to wonder why she wasn't getting any presents! She started shaking each box she found ....
... and then she was disappointed when there wasn't anything inside them! Brooklyn, one day there will be a gift for you, but not until you are at least 35!!! You have to stay my baby, until then!
Before we left, we took photos out by the lake!
Dad, Grandpa, Brooklyn, Bobby, Mark, and Richard -
Somehow a little girl snuck into a boy's only picture!!
Linda, Grandma, Mom, and Me!
And in the girl's only picture, this is how she acts!

To my mom,

Happy Mother's Day! You have been so wonderful to me and taught me how to be a Godly wife and mother. I appreciate all your advice and hope that you have much much more for me in the future! I love you very much and I am very thankful that God made you my mother!!
