Baby Dedication

Tonight Brooklyn was dedicated to the Lord at our church (Sagemont). Since I found out a was pregnant I have been looking forward to this day! Having a baby is such a wonderful gift from the Lord and the least I could do would be to offer her life back to Him! I know that no matter what happens in her life, whether it be good or bad, that the Lord will always protect her soul! Whether she leaves us tomorrow or in 100 years, our God has her life in the palm of His hands! He was and is the author and creator of her life and Richard and I have been given the very difficult task of raising, loving and discipline her the way He has invisioned for her. Tonight both of our families were present and we wouldn't have it any other way!

Rollin' Rollin'

I wasn't kidding! On September 18th, Brooklyn rolled over from her back to her tummy. Now she is like a rolling machine. She flips, flops, and rolls all over the place! But what is so funny about this is you put a camera on her and she couldn't or wouldn't roll over to save her life!

3 Month Photos

Brooklyn is now almost 4 months old. It is

amazing how fast time flies by. She coos and talks

in her own language. On August 27th, she rolled

over for the first time from her tummy to her back.

She is working on flipping over from her back to her

stomach. She is so close, that I am pretty sure

it is going to happen soon!

Father-Daughter Bonding! Oh, how she loves her daddy! NO ONE can make her laugh like he does!

She is such a precious sleeper!

Pizza at Ja-chel and Jax's House

Tonight we hung out with the Hunt's and ate a little Papa John's!

Jackson has some real cool toys and I think Brooklyn is feeling a little jealous and unappreciated! I think Mom and Dad need to step-up and buy her some toys!

Trip to Great-Grandma's and Grandpa's

On September 5th, we went to see

Great-Grandma and Grandpa in Willis.

Brooklyn slept in the car the entire way there and back!

First visit to church

On September 6th, Brooklyn went to church for the first time!

She did pretty good. When we sang, she sang along...

but when Russell started to preach, she couldn't sit still!

Yesterday, Brooklyn and I had a little chat.

Richard was at work and we had a little Mother-Daughter bonding!

Gone Fishing

Back in June before Bull Red's (Bryan) wedding,

Richard and his Dad went fishing in Louisiana.

Brooklyn is getting pretty good at sitting up straight,

but sometimes she starts to lean....

and sometimes she's had enough!

Dinner at Grandma and Pops

A couple weeks ago we ate dinner at my parents house. We had spaghetti and bread (Yummy)!! But, look closely and you'll see that Brooklyn enjoyed the spaghetti too!! Somehow she managed to get spaghetti sauce on her shoulder!
